CollectiveCodes

Terms of Service

Effective 29 June 2026

These terms cover your use of the Collective Codes apps — currently Spots, Shopping List, and Packing List (the "Apps"). By using an App, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Apps are free, personal productivity tools provided by Collective Codes, a subsidiary of Morgan Collective Group. They let you keep your own notes, lists, and places, synced to your own Google Drive.

Your account & data

You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. Your content is stored in your Google Drive and remains yours; we claim no ownership of it and keep no copy. You're responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups.

Acceptable use

Use the Apps lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or the infrastructure it runs on.

Availability

The Apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. They may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Because your data lives in your own Drive, it remains accessible to you even if an App is discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collective Codes and Morgan Collective Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Apps.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
