Collective Codes builds small, personal productivity apps — currently Spots, Shopping List, and Packing List. This policy explains how those apps handle your information. The short version: your data stays in your own Google Drive, and we don't collect it.
Nothing on our servers. Each app keeps your data as a single file in your own Google Drive, plus a local copy in your browser for offline use. We operate no database and keep no copy of your content.
When you connect Google Drive, we request only:
drive.file) — limited to the single file the app itself creates. The app cannot see any other file in your Drive.Sign-in uses Google OAuth. The authorization code is exchanged for a token by a stateless serverless function purely to complete sign-in; we do not retain your tokens beyond that exchange.
We use no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
The only third party involved is Google, which provides Drive storage and sign-in under Google's Privacy Policy.
Your data is yours. You can delete an app's data file from your Drive at any time, disconnect Drive within the app, and revoke the app's access entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
These apps are personal tools not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
